	Welcome to Year One What have we been doing in Year One? Fun Friday Children in Year One working during Fun Friday, a weekly outdoor learning activity. The children here are making a sculpture using natural materials. Spring 2008 Year One children on a visit to The Jubilee Park in Henley to discover how playground equipment is made and how it can be used. Our DT topic this term was to design and make an item of play equipment for use in a park. We had to use materials such as paper, card and art straws to make our design.
